Welcome to The ChocoTruffle Baking Academy! By accessing and using our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Course Enrollment

  • Seats are limited and confirmed only upon full payment.

  • Once enrolled, course fees are non-refundable.

  • Course dates are subject to change; we will inform you in advance if rescheduling is necessary.

2. Payment

  • All payments must be made through the official modes mentioned on the website.

  • Prices listed are inclusive of course materials unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • In exceptional cases (medical emergencies or valid reasons), we may offer rescheduling to the next available batch.

4. Course Material

  • All recipes, PDFs, and learning material provided during the course are for personal use only.

  • Sharing, reproducing, or reselling course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Conduct During Class

  • We maintain a respectful and safe learning environment.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only after successful completion of the course.

  • Name on the certificate will be taken from the details submitted in the registration form.

7. Liability

  • The ChocoTruffle Baking Academy is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries that may occur during or after class participation.

  • Students are advised to inform the instructor of any allergies or medical conditions beforehand.

8. Use of Photographs/Videos

  • Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

9. Post-Class Support

  • Lifetime support is provided for queries related to course content, business setup, and brand-building – response time may vary depending on availability.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
